Learn the essential skills and procedures you need to deploy the E7AXOS Ethernet services access platform. In this class you will learn about the E7-2 AXOS platform, how to turn up an E7 system, how to use SMx to view E7 system data and how to provision an E7 uplink.

Prerequisite Training and Skills



After completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Describe the characteristics of the AXOS and the AXOS-based E7-2
  • Turn up an AXOS-based E7-2 system
  • Provision a single-port uplink, Link Aggregation Groups, g.8032v2 and ERPS rings
  • Log into and use SMx to add nodes, and to view system data, node details and alarms
  • Save, backup, restore, and view configuration files
